・Please make a transportation plan in advance. The most convenient places to depart from the center of Sapporo are Bankei and Teine (25-40 minutes). Sapporo International takes a 2-hour bus ride. Sapporo International recommends guests staying in Jozankei to go there (Jozankei has bus shuttle).
・Please be sure to leave a communication APP (Line\WhatsApp\Wechat) that you can contact us on. We will contact you before class.
・If there is a major accident or emergency (storm, ski resort suspension, coach traffic accident), we will suspend the course and provide a full refund.
・Please select the ski resort you want to go to in the remarks.

If you don’t know how to rent equipment for the first time, you can go to the ski resort to rent it half an hour or an hour in advance (there will be long queues in peak season)

- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
