6. The itinerary of the private charter car will be planned and notified in advance by the passenger. If there are any problems with the route, we will coordinate and inform you in advance. If the time is exceeded or other problems are caused by unclear custom itinerary, they will be borne by the passenger.

8. If you have a lot of luggage or it is too big, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle model that can carry all passengers and luggage to avoid overcrowding and driving inconvenience. If the vehicle cannot be driven or other additional expenses occur due to failure to carry the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded according to the vehicle model, the passenger shall bear the cost.
9. The car model is for reference only. If the above car model and color requirements cannot be provided, a car model of the same level will be arranged as an alternative.
10. Japanese law requires children under 6 years old to use child safety seats (children need to occupy 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the driver in advance of the number of child seats you need. One safety seat will be provided free of charge. An additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each additional seat. Please pay to the driver before boarding.
11. The vehicle usage time is within 10 hours (for example, if the trip ends in Kyoto/Nara/Kobe/Wakayama/Amanohashidate/Ine, the usage time is 9 hours) based on the scheduled time to the time of getting off the vehicle at the end of the trip. If the usage exceeds 10 hours, an additional overtime fee of 2,500 yen per 30 minutes will be charged (after exceeding the trip, the fee will be calculated every 30 minutes, please pay to the driver at the end of the trip).
12. If the time limit is exceeded due to traffic congestion caused by natural reasons or traffic control, additional overtime fees will still be charged.
13. If you need to take the Arashiyama train, it is recommended that you take it from Arashiyama Station to Kameoka Station and then go to JR Umahori Station to take the JR line back to Saga Arashiyama Station. If you need the driver to pick you up at Kameoka Station, you need to pay an additional fare and toll of 5,000 yen, which will be paid to the driver after the trip (because the journey from Arashiyama Station to Kameoka Station requires taking the highway and a 40-minute journey).
