10. Japanese law requires children under 6 years old to use child safety seats (children must occupy 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the driver in advance of the number of child seats you require. One safety seat will be provided free of charge. An additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each additional seat. Please pay this to the driver before boarding.
11. The vehicle usage time within 10 hours (e.g., 9 hours if the trip ends in Kyoto/Nara/Kobe/Wakayama/Amanohashidate/Ine) is based on the time from the scheduled time to the time of getting off the vehicle at the end of the trip. If the usage exceeds 10 hours, an additional overtime fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes (after that, the overtime fee will be calculated based on every 30 minutes, please pay to the driver at the end of the trip).
12. If the time is exceeded due to traffic congestion caused by natural causes or traffic control, additional overtime fees will still be charged.
