Please note that the minimum number of participants is 10 people. If the number of participants is not reached, the event may be canceled.
In the case of a small group, we may change the meal from a dinner buffet to a course menu, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on weather, sea conditions, etc., we may be asked to cancel or change the schedule.
Miyakojima's sea breeze makes the sun strong in the summer and colder than expected in the winter, so we recommend bringing a jacket.
No particular dress code is required. Please feel free to join us.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
