We will limit the number of photos to 5 people per family. If you would like to participate with more than 2 families, please contact us.
If you would like to have your child photographed, please let us know the child's age and gender in advance.
On the day, it is recommended to wear matching clothes for a more unified look and commemorative photos. Please come dressed in your favorite clothes such as matching outfits, T-shirts, and Kariyushi.
Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, your photo shoot time may be shortened.
The event will only be cancelled if the on-site photographer judges it impossible to shoot due to bad weather, etc. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged and the reservation fee will be refunded in full.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
