- The time schedule of the itinerary may be varied, the aforementioned above is only for reference purposes
- ❗️Please be advised that the transfer is shared. Whether you choose to add on for ATV riding, paragliding, or not to participate in either activity, you will be required to wait for the other participants.
- For children aged 3–11: It is compulsory to ride with an adult
- For adults: You may choose a single ride or a double ride
- Attention to double-ride ATV: the maximum load of each ATV is only 130 kg
- For paragliding, children aged 3–11:
> 20 kg shall be considered as an adult solo flight
< 20 kg shall be considered as a double flight (paraglide along with adult, father, or mother) - Tourists are free to tip tour guides at their own will according to their personal preferences and they are never forced
- Guest are not allowed to bring luggage during this trip

Reminders
If the ATV or Paragliding activity cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, we will only charge based on the itinerary that has been carried out. If neither of the two activities is able to be carried out, we will only charge a minimum fee of MYR200 per person
Failure to show up 15 minutes after the assigned departure time will be regarded as a No Show and all fees shall be forfeited
Every guest must participate in the guide's explanation and follow all instructions/arrangements based on the itinerary in order to ensure the tour can be commenced smoothly. Each guest must also complete and sign a waiver of liability form prior to the tour
Both activities require to sign a disclaimer form. If the guest does not agree to sign, the guest will not be able to proceed with the tour. We will charge a minimum fee of MYR200 per person
Every tourist is required to fill in general personal information after boarding the bus for passenger insurance purposes
Whether or not to cancel the trip shall be decided solely by the paragliding and ATV operators after weighing the situation of the day and the decision will be final, any objections will not be entertained
Mount Kinabalu belongs to a highland area and rainfalls are more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. Rain does not affect the ATV ride itinerary unless there are thunderstorms or landslides
For uncontrollable circumstances, such as earthquakes, floods, riots, coups, road conditions, wind direction and speed, weather, and other factors that may endanger the safety of tourists, the tour operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary, date, route, meal, tour guide time, and other matters without prior notice
ATV - People with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgery, and weight over 130 kg are not recommended to participate
Paragliding - People with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgery, and weight over 85 kg are not recommended to participate
Paragliding is base on first come first serve basis, so there is no fix take off time
Tour operator reserves the right to price changes or itineraries without prior notice.
Recommend to wear: Autumn wear, t-shirt, and sandals/sports shoe
