. If Jiufen Teahouse is fully booked during consecutive holidays in Japan, Taiwan, or Mainland China, we will guide you to Shuixinyue Teahouse as an alternative.
If you drive a sedan, you will receive one sky lantern. If you drive a wagon, you will receive two sky lanterns.
The sky lantern is quite large and has four sides. Even if four people write their wishes on each side, there is enough space for them.

If there is a delay due to force majeure such as traffic conditions or weather, visits to some spots may be canceled. In this case, please contact customer service. We will process a partial refund based on our policy.
In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, you will be notified by email one day before departure (20:30 local time) whether the trip will be cancelled or not.
Please arrive at your designated location 5 minutes early to avoid delays. Please note that if you are late, we will not be able to wait for you.
If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you submit a certificate of cancellation due to a typhoon to us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
