*After the reservation is completed, an electronic voucher will be given and the car will be reserved for the day. The date and departure time cannot be changed three days before the trip, excluding the day of travel.
* Overtime/extra time fee increase: no fee increase within half an hour; NT$600 within one hour. Overtime/extra time fare increase during the Lunar New Year period: NT$800 within one hour. Please pay cash to the driver on site.
*The driver's information will be emailed to the passenger one day before departure; the driver will contact the passenger by phone to confirm the itinerary information; if the passenger cannot be contacted, the company has the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
＊If you choose to customize the itinerary, the difference will be charged depending on the route and pick-up and drop-off locations. Please pay it to the driver on site.
*If the pick-up and drop-off location is not in Miaoli City, Miaoli Double Railway Station, etc., additional fees will be charged based on distance, and cash will be paid to the driver on site.
*The Ministry of Transport stipulates that the number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle model limit. If the number of passengers exceeds the limit on the day of departure, the company has the right to refuse transportation without refund.
*If the trip ends early, no refund will be requested. If boarding is delayed due to passenger relations, the driver's waiting time must be calculated into the trip time. If the trip is overtime, the driver will be paid in cash according to the overtime amount.

*Passengers boarding at the airport/high-speed rail, because your car needs to enter the parking lot, if you are delayed for more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, we will charge an airport parking fee of NT$40/high-speed rail NT$50. Please pay cash to the driver.
*If the itinerary cannot be reached due to weather, construction, etc., you can communicate with the driver to change the scenic spot. If the scenic spot is relatively remote, the driver will assess the additional fee. Please pay cash on site.
*The Ministry of Transportation stipulates that children under 4 years old must use a baby bed or safety seat; it is recommended that children aged 4-12 years old use a car booster cushion. Please note the child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. The first one is free, the second one costs NT300.
＊If the passenger's condition requires emergency rescue or other assistance from government agencies on the day, the driver and the company will try their best to assist in the follow-up, but will not be liable for any compensation. Please be informed.
