1. • Cancellation Policy for Travel Fees of Taiwan Large Caravans

1. Cancellation before 11:59am of one day (inclusive) of the valid date of the ticket number of the Taiwan large fleet will be charged as a handling fee of 0% for the ticket fee of the Taiwan large fleet.
2. If the ticket serial number of the Taiwan large fleet is valid after 12:00pm on one day (inclusive), 100% of the handling fee for the ticket of the Taiwan large fleet will be charged.
   
   

• Taiwan High Speed Rail Ticket Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to change the high-speed rail ticket after you get the ticket, please go to the window of each high-speed rail station. The change is limited to one change of date or train number, and the original discount will not apply if the change is made again.
2. If you want to apply for a refund after the high-speed rail ticket is collected:
   ・Please bring your high-speed rail ticket to any station of the high-speed rail station or the convenience store operator where the ticket was originally collected, which has installed multimedia equipment. A refund fee of NT$20 is required for each ticket.
   ・Those who collect tickets through the high-speed rail T-EX App, if they need to change or refund tickets, they must go to the ticket window of the high-speed rail station and hold a valid certificate representing the ticket collector.
   ・Please take the initiative to contact KKday customer service personnel to cancel the order after following the above cancellation methods.
3. Relevant regulations on typhoon days: From the day when the sea typhoon warning is issued to the day when the sea typhoon warning is lifted, passengers who purchase high-speed rail train tickets during the above-mentioned period, please take out the ticket no later than one day after the boarding date. During the year, refunds will be waived at all high-speed rail stations with unused tickets.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the change or refund of the redeemed physical high-speed rail ticket shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the passenger transportation contract of Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation.
5. Cancellation policy for unredeemed physical tickets:
   ・If canceled before 11:59am of the selected high-speed rail outbound departure day (inclusive), a handling fee of 0% of the high-speed rail fare will be charged.
   ・If you cancel after 12:00pm on the selected high-speed rail outbound departure day (inclusive), 100% of the high-speed rail fare will be charged.
