The event may be canceled at short notice due to equipment issues, guide availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. (No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to reasons on the organizer's end.)

In case of severe weather, including rain, that would impede safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion.
