- Age: 16 to 70 (If joinning by only minors, we ask a guardian to fill out the consent form in advance.)
- Weight: 45 kg to less than 118 kg (including clothing and luggage)
- Able to communicate smoothly with tour guides in Japanese.
- Cooperate in safe operation and follow the instructions of the tour guide.
- Not under the influence of alcohol or pregnant. No difficulty in walking. There are no obstacles that hinder driving.
- No pets or infants. (* Segway is a single-ride.)
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please be sure to wear a helmet during the tour (free rental on the day)
Please be sure to attend the training conducted by the tour organizer on the day
To avoid trouble riding, please participate in good health condition both physically and mentally
If the tour guide determines that safety cannot be ensured for any reason, we may refuse participation in the tour or cancel or suspend the tour
For safety, taking photos and videos while riding is prohibited unless you have permission. Photos will be taken by the guide and shared after the tour
Equipment, guides, and other circumstances may cause to cancel the tour suddenly. (No cancellation fee will be charged if the event is canceled due to operational reasons)
Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes. Please plan your schedule after the tour with extra time
The event will be held in light rain. In the case of rain or bad weather, the local guide will make a decision regarding the event approximately 2 hours in advance. In the event of bad weather, including rain, that may impede safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion
To the extent that it is determined that the cancellation is due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will notify you of the cancellation using the phone number or email address you registered in advance, and will issue a refund or reschedule
A separate national park entrance fee (JPY450) is required
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
