• Accommodation Guidelines for Xiaoqing Starry Sky Park (Emergency Version during Epidemic Prevention Period)

1. In order to create a comfortable and convenient environment, this park adopts a self-service, unmanned management model. The park staff is not available 24 hours a day. If you have any service needs, please inform the staff by phone or Line.
2. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am the next day (if you exceed the check-out time, an additional fee of NT$300 will be charged for each hour, and if you exceed six hours, it will be charged as one night's stay). Please leave the key on the small coffee table in the room when you check out, and you can leave without locking the door.
3. Please fill in the breakfast form and take a photo and upload it to Line ID: @star957 before 8pm on the day of check-in.
4. Breakfast will be delivered to each room's exclusive barbecue table (chair) outside the tent before 8 am the next day. It can be enjoyed outdoors or taken back to the room.
5. To maintain the quality of accommodation, please lower the volume in the room and keep the room clean inside and outside. If the room is too dirty, the park will charge an additional cleaning fee of NT$600-1000.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in this park. Please cooperate.
7. Please do not engage in illegal activities in the park. Violators will be reported to the police.
8. Please do not change the facilities in the room at will, if any damage is caused, you will be compensated according to the price!
9. Please lock the door when you go out and take your valuables with you as the camp is not responsible for their safekeeping.
10. The park is located in a natural open space. In order to maintain and coexist with the natural ecology, we do not use pesticides to destroy the natural ecology. Therefore, "there are occasionally small insects around the room and animals in the park", please forgive us.
11. In order to allow visitors to see the starry sky on clear nights, the park adopts a low light source design. If you have a barbecue at night, you can bring your own camping lantern or use the outdoor lighting prepared by the park to enhance lighting.
12. Please do not allow non-residents to stay overnight or use other spaces and supplies.
13. If you are a continuing guest, please inform us to replenish the supplies if you need them. However, we will not provide daily room cleaning services. If you have any needs, please inform our staff.
14. If you are short of drinking water, please go to the public reception area in the container house behind the middle floor of the park to use the three-temperature water dispenser (cold/normal/hot). If you need to refrigerate items, you can also use the large refrigerator in front of the container house.
15. If there are any matters not covered, Xiaoqingxingkong reserves the right to make changes.

• Specifications for the use of off-campus equipment exclusive to the camp:

1. Barbecue table
   1. Before lighting a fire for barbecue, please inform the park manager or administrator of your room number via Line message in advance so that the operator can make safety protection and emergency response preparations in advance.
   2. The barbecue table in this area uses a circulating fire source, and there are special charcoal boxes on the "left and right sides" of the barbecue table (never put the charcoal fire in the "stew pot" in the middle). Except for the gravel area directly behind the tent where charcoal fires can be lit, lighting fires or cooking is prohibited in other areas (please do not light a fire on the artificial turf; if the artificial turf is damaged, compensation will be required).
   3. Cooking is prohibited in areas other than the barbecue table (including inside and outside the tent). If any equipment is damaged, compensation will be paid according to the price.
   4. We do not charge any site cleaning fees, but after use, please make sure that the charcoal fires in the charcoal fire boxes on the left and right sides of the stove are indeed extinguished, and thoroughly clean up the garbage and residues caused by the tables, chairs, water, stoves (stoves), the ground (including carbon residues) and the surrounding environment, and discard them according to the garbage classification into the large garbage bin behind the park platform. If a large amount of garbage is left behind or it is too dirty, the camp will charge a cleaning fee of 600-1000 yuan (depending on the severity of the situation).
   5. As the barbecue table is adjacent to the room area, in order to maintain public order, please be careful not to make the volume too loud so as not to disturb other passengers' rest.

2. Big parasol
   1. Please pay attention to the opening and closing status of the parasol at all times. If there is a sudden strong wind, please help to fold the parasol as soon as possible to avoid accidents or damage to equipment.
   2. Guests are requested to fold up their parasols before going to bed or going out at night, and place the horizontal bar at the lowest point. If the parasol is damaged by wind due to failure to fold up the parasol, compensation will be required. (Park management staff will also patrol and assist in putting away the umbrellas)
   
   
3. Public refrigerator
   1. Please label the food or drinks stored in the refrigerator with the name or room number for identification purposes to avoid disputes.
   2. If perishable food is stored in the refrigerator, please consume it as soon as possible to avoid odor and the breeding of bacteria.
   3. Please do not consume food or drinks that are not yours unless you agree.
   4. If you accidentally knock over a drink in the refrigerator, or if other food stains the refrigerator storage cabinet (grid), please show public morality and wipe it clean as soon as possible to avoid stains that will make cleaning and sorting difficult in the future.
   5. Please open and close the refrigerator door (or freezer door) gently and do not use excessive force to avoid damage.
   6. When you have finished taking out the items, please make sure that the refrigerator door (or freezer door) is closed to avoid wasting energy.
   7. The refrigerators in the rooms will be cleaned between 1100 and 1400 daily. Guests checking out on the same day are requested to take them away first. Any items left behind will not be retained.

Pet accommodation fee

Please note in advance when booking that small and medium-sized dogs are allowed to stay, with a maximum of one dog per tent. A fee of 500 yuan is charged, payable upon check-in.
