●After booking confirmed, we will send to you ZOOM link the day before the tour
●If you do not get the confirmation from HIS after your application, please kindly check out the spam folder or be sure to call us by the day before the tour. Please note that we are not able to refund if there is no contact to us and show up.
●We cannot take responsibility of the following cases: misunderstanding the time differences, disconnecting Wi-Fi connection, or bad connection to ZOOM, etc. They are non refundable cases.
●This is an online experience via ZOOM. Web cameras, microphones, and speakers are necessary. If you have smartphone or tablet, they are included.
●If you are a first-time ZOOM user, you need to install ZOOM app in advance.
●Please note that we will record this tour for the real tour creation.
●We will not ask you a private information during the session.
●We will do our best to answer your questions as much as possible, but cannot answer illegal ones.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
