Ticket collection method: (1) When the ticket collection voucher code is a normal "7-digit" number, please log in to the online ticket collection link via your mobile phone: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve and enter the ticket collection voucher code and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number according to the instructions on the page to generate a QR code for entry; (2) When the ticket collection voucher code is "1111111", please go to the park ticket window with your ticket purchase certificate to exchange for a paper ticket for entry; (3) When the ticket collection voucher code is "0000000", please go directly to the park entrance with your ticket purchase certificate to swipe your certificate for entry. All tickets are valid for one entry only.

Each guest must present one of the following three identification documents for identification upon entry: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China; ③ Passport for citizens of overseas countries. To ensure public safety, visitors (audiences) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your bags and cooperate with the security checks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations into the park (venue).
To ensure the safety of animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in other food and drinks, except for baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water. Visitors (audiences) may bring in food and drinks for their own consumption to other theme parks in Chimelong (including Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, but are not allowed to bring in food that needs to be heated, reheated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as instant noodles that need to be heated and food with self-heating function, etc.), food with pungent odor (such as durian, etc.), and other food that is not suitable for bringing into the park.
