This eSIM made my trip to Australia so worry-free! Initially, the installation and setup got stuck, and I couldn't get it to activate no matter what I tried. I contacted customer service immediately, and they responded incredibly quickly, patiently guiding me step-by-step until it was successfully activated in no time. Later, while driving along the Great Ocean Road, the signal was occasionally unstable. I consulted customer service again, and they showed me how to manually switch to a local telecom provider, making everything run smoothly afterward! Whether I was visiting the Sydney Opera House, strolling through Melbourne markets, surfing on the Gold Coast, or exploring the countryside, the 4G signal was incredibly stable. Google Navigation was almost never interrupted, and uploading photos, browsing social media, and sharing my hotspot were all seamless. The customer service was excellent and professional, resolving issues very efficiently. The price was also much more affordable than buying a physical SIM card at the airport, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely buy it again next time I'm in Australia, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!
