Amazing tour covering Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Nara Park, and Fushimi Inari Shrine. Although it was raining, the scenery was still stunning, from the peaceful bamboo groves to the friendly deer, a bit aggressive to snacks for some in Nara and the breathtaking Thousand Torii Gates. The itinerary was well paced and never felt rushed. Special thanks to our guide Eric, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. His insights into Japanese culture and history made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto and Nara!
The day trip went very smoothly. Our guide, Nancy, was punctual and friendly, provided very clear explanations, and arranged the itinerary perfectly, avoiding any rush hour crowds. There was absolutely no hard selling, allowing us to focus on enjoying each attraction, making it a very comfortable travel experience.
I highly recommend this day trip. You don't need to worry about transportation, and you can easily visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, Nara Park, and Todai-ji Temple in Kyoto. Todai-ji is truly magnificent and definitely worth buying a ticket to go inside. Feeding the deer in Nara is a lot of fun, and our tour leader, Hugo, was very attentive to the group and provided excellent itinerary explanations. Kiyomizu-dera was very crowded and lively, but luckily the weather was fantastic – blue skies and white clouds made for beautiful photos. We were also happy to leave Fushimi Inari Shrine, where it even snowed for a while.
Three itineraries in one day, a relaxed and leisurely trip starting from Osaka. Our tour guide, Ms. Hsieh (Blueberry), was very responsible in introducing the sights and food, and answered all our questions politely and attentively. Our group only had 12 people, all from Taiwan. I would rate the tour guide out of 10, and the group members who were late only out of 10, showing a complete lack of time management skills…
Highly recommended for families with elderly members or young children. As long as you take care of your own safety, our tour guide Amy made our whole family very happy. She explained things in both Chinese and English, making it easy to understand. Our 4-year-old and 7-year-old children were very engaged. The tour guide also helped take photos, leaving us with beautiful memories. The children were happy to receive small gifts and will miss the trip.
I received an email the day before the trip, which was very detailed, including the meeting point, time, tour leader's name, and itinerary, even with pictures to help us find the meeting point quickly. The itinerary was very well arranged, with ample time for rest and sightseeing. My deepest gratitude goes to our two tour leaders, Ruihong and Yuki, who clearly explained the meeting time and location before arriving at each attraction, ensuring everyone was on time for the group and departure. They also provided suggested itineraries, allowing us to achieve the most efficient sightseeing in the shortest amount of time. These two tour leaders were truly thoughtful and attentive; they were the biggest plus of the entire trip!
Thank you to our tour guide and driver for making our day wonderful. We enjoyed visiting the amazing sights of Kyoto and Nara. Even though it was winter, the matcha was still fragrant and delicious!
Fun. The tour guide was great. Convenient transportation. I would recommend it if you had any travel plans.
