The journey was convenient, the meeting point was easy to find, communication with the tour leader was easy, and they spoke excellent English. All the tourist spots were covered, and the itinerary wasn't too packed.

I only found out it was an off-the-beaten-path attraction after I booked it, so I switched to a shared 9-seater. But that's exactly the kind of leisurely trip I wanted. The driver was very talkative and introduced the sights along the way. Lake Yamanaka was beautiful. It had rained a few days before, but the weather was overcast that day. Although I didn't see the whole view of Mount Fuji, it was great to stroll slowly in the lake and relax.

We were lucky to have good weather, so we were able to get clear photos of Mount Fuji. The entire trip was comfortable and smooth, saving us a lot of trouble with transportation. I recommend it to those who just want a carefree and easy way to check off tourist attractions. Finally, I want to recommend our Chinese-speaking driver-guide, Xiao Shi; his service was excellent and friendly.

I just purchased it the day before, and it was very convenient to use immediately. It's also very user-friendly for people with flexible travel schedules. The tour I originally booked was only available to one person and was already full, but since there were three of us traveling together, we cancelled and rebooked. Customer service was still very responsive on Sunday, which was reassuring. 👍🏻 The explanations were detailed, the itinerary was packed, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji on a sunny day, and we even caught the last cherry blossoms, which was wonderful. Our guide, Yang Guifei, was very professional, but there was no meal time provided, so we had to bring our own snacks for the tight schedule. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. Excellent bilingual communication in Chinese and English! Highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️
