Our tour guide, Apple, fluently introduced the sights in both English and Chinese. She was professional and enthusiastic, and thoughtfully reminded us of the meeting time and place (on a whiteboard and in a Line group). The Arashiyama tofu dish she recommended was incredibly smooth and flavorful, definitely worth trying. Besides its beautiful scenery, Arashiyama also boasts many great shops, such as the adorable Miffy Rabbit Bakery – a wonderful place to shop and explore.
The itinerary was convenient, though packed yet fulfilling, allowing us to enjoy a cultural journey through historical sites and immerse ourselves in Kyoto's cultural heritage. The guide was professional, switching between Chinese and English – a fantastic experience. Furthermore, the customer service was truly excellent; despite numerous itinerary changes, they promptly addressed any issues, providing truly outstanding service.
Luckily, I joined this tour group because it was raining, so I didn't have to squeeze onto public transportation, although the schedule was quite tight.
The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Jackson, was friendly and enthusiastic, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable day!
