We only had time today, so we set off despite the torrential rain. Another group had cancelled due to the rain, so it was like we had a private car for six people. The driver drove very smoothly, and since it was just us, he even helped us get to the hotel. Thumbs up to him! There were fewer people on the rainy day, but we still got completely soaked from the heavy rain. However, seeing the beautiful wisteria (especially the full bloom of white wisteria) made it all worthwhile! The butterfly bushes were ravaged by the rain, but they were still beautiful!
We traveled to Japan during Golden Week, but thankfully there wasn't much traffic. The park was large, so it wasn't too crowded. Thanks to our tour guide, Liu Bin, for his excellent service and friendly personality. He did his best to explain anything we had. The butterfly pea flowers and wisteria were absolutely gorgeous! It was a wonderful day!
On April 11, 2026, the flowers were about 70% in bloom. Walking towards the park, at first glance, it looked like the sea, but upon closer inspection, it was a dreamy sea of pink butterfly flowers. Remember to prepare cash; buying tickets for the tour guide will speed up entry. Those who don't eat seafood at the fish market can enjoy burgers and ice cream on the second floor selling fruits and vegetables. According to Kkday, the departure time from Tokyo Station is 8:00 AM. You will receive a letter from the travel agency the night before stating 8:30 AM; please meet 10-15 minutes before the actual departure time in the letter. The return trip to Tokyo Station on Saturday takes 2.5 hours.
