Hakodate

The driver arrived at the airport early and proactively messaged us to tell us where to pick us up and his license plate number, so we didn't have to look for him at all. He was incredibly efficient in helping us with our large luggage, drove smoothly and quickly, didn't take any detours, and arrived at the hotel on time. He didn't say a single unnecessary word throughout the entire trip. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely book with this company again next time!

We took the tour in heavy rain, but the driver (a town hall employee?) was incredibly kind, which was great. While everyone else went to the northernmost point, we were the only ones who went to the shrine. Because of the heavy rain, the driver thoughtfully picked us up before the scheduled time, drove us to a shop when we couldn't find it, and even drove us back to a souvenir shop when we forgot our phone and were panicking. Despite the heavy rain, we didn't get too wet, had a fun time, and the tuna was delicious. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

The QR code was valid for immediate use. The weather forecast predicted rain, so I hesitated to buy tickets until an hour before my departure. This meant I didn't have to queue at the venue and could go straight up the mountain to enjoy the million-dollar night view. Super convenient, saving me from queuing for tickets! 😎

With a locker, people can move around and take photos more freely. It could also be like a flight compass on an airplane, making it easy to check your current location (this could be done on a free Wi-Fi website, as it automatically detects the language). Of course, it would be even better if the free Wi-Fi was fast and didn't randomly kick people out.

It was easily accessible by car, and the staff were very polite and helpful; it was a very pleasant experience. I could also feel the history in the exhibits.

Since we had a two-day trip, and we had already visited Goryokaku on the first day, we replaced the rest of our meals with cakes and puddings. It was fantastic! The electric tram experience was really great. I absolutely loved the feel of Hakodate; it blends old and new.
