I booked a 120-minute session at the end of my trip, hoping to take a shower before my late-night flight. It included a shower and dinner. I booked the session four hours before my hotel pick-up, but I ate dinner a little too quickly, so for two women, a five-hour session would be more comfortable. Disposable underwear, a hairdryer, and hair ties were provided. Shower gel and shampoo were also available. Towels were also available for rent. Regarding showering, I didn't request a shower at the end, but they still put me in a two-person room with a shower room in the room. Maybe it depends on the massage? I booked a 120-minute hot stone massage. Both the massage and dinner were excellent. They may recommend more than the course I booked based on reviews or recommendations, but they understand if I decline, so it's not a nuisance.

Communication with the tour operator was seamless, and thanks to their meticulous attention to detail, I had a comfortable trip. The guide was also very friendly and took great care of us throughout the tour to ensure we had no issues. The cruise facilities were very clean, and the tour proceeded smoothly and promptly according to the schedule. I was initially worried because there weren't many reviews on KKday, but upon returning, I realized it was truly the best value for the money! This trip started with my wife's words: Let's go to Vietnam for New Year's! We had a really fun trip to Halong Bay! We managed to overcome the language barrier, which worried me, but when we arrived at the kayaking area, I got a little lost because the guide went ahead without explaining anything. I didn't have my ticket at the ticket handover area, so the ticket attendant at the gate told me to leave someone else behind to get my ticket, so I hurried over to get it from the guide. After receiving it, we were able to go kayaking around Halong Bay without any problems! Personally, I'd love to kayak again! 🤤 Thank you!

Everything smooth and well organised. Our guide, Son, speaks fluent English and give clear instructions; should be awarded 5 stars. Beautiful scenery in Halong Bay. Some safety belts of our bus are not work.
