Ha Long Bay

The English-speaking tour guide's explanations were detailed and humorous, and the food on the ship was absolutely delicious!! The island tour itinerary was also fantastic!! It was truly a perfect travel experience.

1. Customer service was attentive from booking to the start and end of the trip, and responded to KKDAY messages very quickly. Excellent service! 2. The shuttle buses were spacious and comfortable. A minor drawback was the relatively long stops at rest stops, which is understandable given the drivers' performance pressure. 3. The cruise staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any needs. 4. The facilities were generally quite good, with a classic French style—basically luxurious. However, despite thinking it was a new ship from 2023, it actually looked a bit old, which is probably unavoidable at sea. Cleanliness was okay, but some paint peeling made it look a little dirty. There seemed to be few public facilities; I knew there was a karaoke and spa, but I didn't use them. The biggest advantage was the strong air conditioning! 5. Regarding the food, I didn't have high expectations after seeing other people's reviews, but it was surprisingly good. 6. The activities were quite good; it felt like we climbed a lot of mountains? The time was a bit tight, but the scenery was quite nice. There was a swimming area that was very crowded and scary... The next morning, paddling a small boat was also quite fun, but you have to get up very early. The water in the boating area was a bit dirty. 7. Overall, I recommend this tour for first-time visitors to Ha Long Bay.
