Mr. Yu, the online service representative I contacted beforehand, and Mr. Su, the driver, were both very helpful. Mr. Yu responded quickly and was also very helpful with any travel suggestions beyond the chartered car. Mr. Su arrived at the hotel early every morning to wait for us to board the car and provided very useful advice on itinerary planning and restaurants. Because we had elderly relatives with us, Mr. Su was very patient and assisted us throughout the trip. We were very satisfied with the three-day chartered car service; the car was in good condition and clean. The only downside was that we ordered a 14-seater, but we actually used a 10-seater, although there was still enough room for our luggage. Highly recommended!

This trip was from Nagasaki to Fukuoka Airport. Mr. Yu, who was in charge of pick-up and communication, noticed the note mentioning a chair. To ensure there was enough space, he upgraded the car from a 14-seater to an 18-seater free of charge, making the elderly passengers more comfortable. Upon arrival, he immediately and carefully checked for any forgotten items, thus promptly finding something left behind by a family member. This was our first time hiring a car for airport pick-up and drop-off in Japan, and the experience was excellent! Highly recommended!

There aren't many stores that accept this service, and some only offer free gifts. However, it's okay to take the free ones.

The driver pick us up at our hotel, it was very convenient we were able to enjoy our time and we don’t need to rush

1. Redeeming at Hakata Station was extremely convenient. Although only one day's worth of tickets could be redeemed, the machines were very convenient for the rest. 2. Your store did not sell QR codes, and not every counter staff member could manually process them. It took me a while to find one. I strongly recommend that the voucher have a QR code. Fortunately, the Japanese service was excellent; otherwise, we probably would have been refused. The roving assistance staff kept saying: "Only QR codes are allowed." 3. The sightseeing train is extremely popular; I recommend booking online in advance. 4. Due to heavy rain, trains to and from Yufuin and other destinations were suspended on the 25th and 26th. Fortunately, all trains above the express level required reserved seats, so I was able to immediately change to unreserved seats around Kokura and stay in Beppu. However, I incurred the loss of my Yufuin Onsen hotel accommodation due to the cancellation.

Chartering a car is so convenient; we arrived at the hotel quickly, and the driver was very nice.

When traveling with elderly relatives, our driver, Mr. Anan, was very considerate. He would take us to the entrance of attractions in case we didn't know the way. We are very grateful to Mr. Anan for his care over the past few days.
