Tags of the products sold are categorised into three colour codes: blue, yellow and red.Items under the blue price tag are sold only at Pokémon Centers and official online stores like Amazon. Yellow price tags are licenses products which you can find in anime stores as well.
Red price tags on the other hand are limited “Gotochi” products only found in that particular region. You will see some characteristics of a particular region on the merchandise.
