    - 請將您的行李及紙本憑證寄放在飯店櫃檯
    - 09:00前託運: 15:00前送達機場
    - 09:01 - 12:00託運：當日 19:00 後至隔日營業時間內均可於機場取件

  • 每日行李送達飯店暫定時間為 21:00，如有特別指定行李送達時間，請於訂單內備註（實際送達時間仍須依當日交通狀況為主）。
  • 旅客可先將行李照片上傳至Bellugg官網，確保服務人員正確取件，亦可於官網追蹤行李狀況。
  • 僅限提供服務於曼谷地區。若飯店地址為曼谷以外鄰近縣市，如：Nonthaburi、Samut Prakan，將無法使用服務，敬請知悉。
  • 於機場櫃檯最後交件時間為當天 17:00 ，超過 17:00 行李將於隔日21:00前送達酒店，請自行評估班機抵達時間是否能於最後交件時間前寄送。
  • 如旅客飯店位於 Rambuttri Village Inn，此飯店非在服務範圍內，無法接收訂單。
  • 公寓和 Airbnb 等住宿不適用此服務。

  • Please double-check your booking details before finalizing your purchase and ensure that the correct number of luggage pieces is provided. Any additional items not mentioned in the Note section during booking will incur a surcharge. Please note that KKday exclusive discounts are not applicable in such cases

  • Public Holiday Notice: April 13-15 is Songkran. Kindly drop off your luggage before 9:00 am as there may be road closures starting from 12:00 pm

  • All items count as luggage no matter the size or weight. Even a small piece of plastic bag or oversized luggage is counted as one item. So please select the correct number of your stuff otherwise the extra fee will be applied. Please select the correct number of luggage when booking

  • The service is not available in accommodations such as condominiums and Airbnb
