商品说明

Step into a cozy kitchen in the heart of Ankara’s Dikmen neighborhood and learn the centuries-old art of Turkish baklava-making with Sercan. In this home-hosted cooking class, prepare everything from scratch: knead the dough, roll out yufka, layer it with walnut filling, simmer the syrup, and pour over melted clarified butter.

As the baklava turns golden in the oven, prepare a savory börek and a fresh meze like kısır or mercimek köftesi. Your host explains, “Baklava is a symbol of celebration in Türkiye; made with care, shared with love. That’s what we’ll do together.”

After cooking, gather around the table to enjoy your creations with a strong cup of Turkish coffee and warm conversation. This is more than a cooking lesson. It’s a cultural exchange, a taste of Turkish hospitality, and a delicious memory to take home, along with the recipes.
