Step into the energy of renewal and relaxation with a deeply restorative SOMA Breath session followed by an immersive sound bath experience. This is a powerful experience to reset your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided breathwork, you’ll gently shift your nervous system, release stored tension, and awaken a natural sense of clarity and vitality. From this grounded, open state, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound journey, where calming frequencies and vibrations help you drop even deeper — allowing stress to melt away and creating space for intention, renewal, and inner alignment. This session is designed to help you: Let go of what no longer serves you Restore calm and balance to your body and mind Reconnect with your energy and breath Set clear, powerful intentions for the season ahead No experience is needed — simply come as you are, ready to breathe, receive, and reset. Give yourself this time to pause, realign with clarity and ease.
