PICKUP INFORMATION
We provide pick-up and drop-off services only from accommodations located in the municipalities of Panglao and Dauis, and in the city of Tagbilaran, Bohol. Additional fees may apply if you are coming from other municipalities outside these areas.
Our driver can wait up to 30 minutes at your accommodation or designated pick-up area. Please be ready and wait at the lobby, reception, or along the main road. You may also look for the sign that says "I booked my tours with GoPanglao" OR logo of GoPanglao with other logos in it - GetYourGuide, Viator, KKDay, etc.
If you have an accommodation listed for this booking, the driver will pick you up from there.
If your Panglao accommodation is on a narrow/rough road, we’ll give a main road pickup point.
If you're coming from Alona Beach Rd (Alona Vida Beach Resort, MGH Alona Resort, Hayahay Resort, Blue Ocean Bohol, Lost Horizon Dive Resort, etc), please proceed to McDonalds Panglao.
If you're coming from the Port of Tagbilaran, please note that transport vehicles can only pick up passengers (upon arrival) outside the Port of Tagbilaran, but the driver will assist you and your luggage from inside.
DESTINATION REMINDERS
For church visits: Some churches may be closed or have restricted entry. Strict dress code applies.
For Loboc River Cruise: Cruise and lunch are bundled and cannot be booked separately.
For Tarsiers: Do not use flash photography. If the Tarsier Sanctuary is closed, we will visit the Tarsier Conservation Area instead.
For ATV/Buggy Ride: Within Chocolate Hills complex; terrain may be muddy or challenging, especially in rainy weather. Bring a raincoat and extra clothes.
If you will buy liquid-based souvenirs that will exceed 100 ML, please make sure you have purchased check-in baggage with you.
FOR GUESTS COMING FROM CEBU
Choose round trip or one way transfer from Cebu to select the accommodation in Cebu.
You will receive your Oceanjet Ferry ticket a day before the tour.
Please note that terminal fees are not included; kindly refer to the inclusions and exclusions of this tour before booking.
Porter fees for additional luggage are not included and are subject to quotation at all ports.

For private options: Please note that hotel pickup is only available for properties located within Panglao, Dauis, and Tagbilaran. If you do not want to be picked up at the property, we can meet you at McDonalds Panglao or Mario's Cafe Tagbilaran.
For product options that include roundtrip or one way transfers from Cebu, we can only pick you up from your accommodation located within Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City.
