Know in advance:Each passenger is allowed to have one 60cm (56cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge

The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with a surcharge)

The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

Please provide pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), and year of birth (all passengers)

Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights, 60 minutes. For the train station/bus station/hotel, 30 minutes
