The vines and the wine in Sardinia have a history of around 5,000 years. Thanks to its strategic geographical position, different populations over the centuries conquered it and introduced traditions, cultures, viticultural and winemaking techniques that are still present in Sardinia today.

Get ready for a pleasant excursion of about 20 km. You'll discover wonderful landscapes where the most important vineyards and cellars of the Sardinia region were born. You'll stop at one of these cellars, where an expert guide will explain to you the winemaking process, from the grapes to the bottle of wine. You'll see the tools used for crushing and pressing the grapes, you'll also see the rooms where the must ferments and where the wine is refined in barrels.

After the tour, you will be served 3 glasses of wine accompanied by a local aperitif based on meats, cheeses, and olives.
