1. Action Required: Submit Your Hotel Details
To finalize your transportation logistics, please ensure you have provided your hotel details based on your chosen package:
For Option 1 (Private Car Package): We require your exact Hotel Name and Address in central Fukuoka city. Your pick-up window begins at 09:45 AM in the main lobby.
For Option 2 (JR Train Package): We require your hotel name or preferred Fukuoka base so we can confirm your itinerary.
If you did not input your hotel details during checkout, please message us at least 7 days before departure.
Ticket Collection & Departure Day Rules
For Option 1: Private Car Package Guests
Lobby Meeting: Your private driver will meet you directly in your hotel lobby. Please be ready and waiting by 09:45 AM.
Your official digital voucher for the Coto Coto Train boarding will be sent to your email 2 to 3 days prior to departure.
For Option 2: JR Train Package Guests
Ticket Handover: Your physical JR Train tickets will be given to you in person on the day of your reservation.
Arrive Early: You must arrive at the designated meeting point at Hakata Station at least 30 minutes before your scheduled JR train departure time to collect your tickets from our staff.
Strict Timelines: Because Japanese trains run on an absolute, split-second schedule, trains cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the ticket handover window, you will miss the train, and your booking will be marked as a non-refundable no-show.
