-What you can expect-
Check in at the local office in central Madrid and leave the city towards Segovia aboard of an air-conditioned coach.

Your first stop will be in the city of Segovia. Upon arrival, you will be divided into different groups. If you have chosen the ticket option "General", you will enjoy approximately three hours of free time to visit the city on your own. If you have chosen the option "With Alcazar", you will have access to the Alcazar of Segovia, where you will enjoy a guided tour while you marvel at its spectacular fortification. Did you know that its architecture inspired Walt Disney for one of his films? Can you tell which one? Walk through the old Jewish quarter of the city and visit the exterior of the Cathedral. Those who have the gastronomic menu included will head to the restaurant; to enjoy a typical local menu with roast suckling pig that will not leave you indifferent.

After visiting Segovia, you will continue your tour to Avila, one of the best preserved fortified cities in Spain. Follow your guide on a guided tour of the old town to discover the city's impressive history. See Romanesque churches, Gothic palaces and a fortified cathedral from the Middle Ages. Visit the walls of Avila as you imagine the stories they have seen through the centuries. Marvel at the fortification and towers, declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

If you select the option WITH ALCAZAR: Visit inside the Alcazar of Segovia. If you select the GASTRONOMIC LUNCH option: Visit inside the Alcazar of Segovia and gastronomic lunch

  • The gastronomic lunch menu (only if selected) includes: la granja white beans with roasted suckling pig and a punch cake with ice cream. To drink: wine, mineral water, and coffee. The menu is subject to change

  • Drink and tapa are included in Segovia (if option selected)

  • For infants (age 0-5 years) meals are not included

  • This is a walking tour, remember to wear appropriate clothes and shoes

  • The estimated time of arrival in Madrid is 6.00pm (depending on traffic conditions)

  • The duration of the tour may be increased by up to half an hour, depending on the size of the group
