最少出团人数 25 人，当参加人数未达上述规定的最少成团人数时，将取消旅游行程，于出发日前 4 天发出取消旅游的 Email 通知。

若遇台风、暴风雪等天候不佳的情况，将于出发前 1 天（当地时间 14:00 ）决定此团是否取消出发，之后将随时以电子邮件形式通知。

请务必于 10 分钟前抵达指定地点，为避免耽误之后行程，逾时不候。

未满 6 岁儿童不包含餐点

This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese tourists. While the tour guide will communicate in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in written form in English/Chinese (sightseeing leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour guide will generally be in Japanese). In case of emergencies, translation apps on tablet devices will be used.

The meeting time is in Japan Standard Time, and punctuality is essential. Even if a customer does not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact the customer, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.

This tour does not include a guide. The tour escort will manage the tour itinerary (they will not provide sightseeing guidance).

The above schedule may be subject to change due to transportation issues (buses, etc.), weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc., including the itinerary, sightseeing locations, order of visits, meal details, and return time.

Depending on the number of participants, you may unfortunately be seated with other passengers or seated in front of or behind each other on the bus or at the lunch venue.

Children aged 6 to under 12 are charged the same fare as adults. Children aged 3 to under 6 are provided with a bus seat only (meals and other expenses incurred during the trip are not included).

On the day of departure, the bus company may change due to vehicle malfunction or the driver's health (we are not liable for changes due to these reasons).

The flowering period may differ from previous years and may vary. We are unable to accommodate individual requests such as changes to the meal menu.

*The Asahikawa Kamui Fireworks 2026 will be held even in the event of rain. However, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather such as strong winds or heavy rain. There will be no postponement of the event. Also, please note that the use of umbrellas is prohibited in the viewing area. Please bring rain gear instead.
