香港机场快线车票优惠（电子票）｜Hong Kong Airport Express

机场快线来回车票 QR code有效期：去程须于指定有效期内使用；回程请于去程当日起 30 日内使用。

机场站不设入闸机，若旅客从机场出发，不需使用车票即可入闸搭车；抵达后直接刷 QR code 条码即可出闸。

如凭证不能使用，请勿多次用同一凭证扫闸机，有机会导致凭证不能正常使用。请立即找寻车站职员协助。

使用 QR​ ​code 时，请将手机装置的萤幕亮度调高，扫瞄器可更容易读取 QR code。

请勿把凭证添加至 Apple Wallet 或 Samsung Pay 等电子钱包。

If any issues occur when scanning the QR Code at the gates (including the gate failing to read the QR Code, the gate not responding, or accidental charges made via Octopus or other payment methods), please do not rescan the QR Code or switch to another payment method to enter. Please seek immediate assistance from station staff for an on-site check.

If immediate assistance is not available, please retain all relevant supporting documents (including but not limited to station staff assistance records, Octopus transaction history, and on-site photos) for subsequent verification purposes.

If verification confirms that the electronic voucher is working normally, and the charges in question were generated by the passenger's own use of Octopus or other payment methods, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

为令你旅程更轻松，由2023年7月5日起，机场快线乘客可在早上6时至下午3时，于香港站使用国泰航空公司的市区预办登机服务。

每张 QR code 车票仅限一人使用，购买一张车票即会收到一个 QR code；两张车票则会收到两个，依此类推。

每张来回 QR code 车票内含来回双程机场快线，旅客须使用同一个 QR code 方可乘车。

目前有酒店提供专车服务往返机场快线香港站或九龙站，相关乘客可于酒店专车候车区等候乘车，详情: https://www.mtr.com.hk/ch/customer/services/hotel-shuttle-service.html。原先专为乘搭机场快线接驳香港站或九龙站的穿梭巴士服务，自2020年4月起已停止服务

若因个人因素未能使用单程/来回票的车票，车票不设退款。

电子换票证可换领香港机场快线，机场站往返指定车站: 青衣站/九龙站/香港站 单程或来回票（起迄站点需视您选择的套餐而定，无法更换站点搭乘），若选择更换站点则高票价用于低票价之车票差额不会退回；相反低票价用于高票价之车票则需补回票面价之差额。
