－Important Info－

You can select a time zone on the order page, but the actual boarding time must be based on the time on the order receipt (time zones are for reference only).

For example, if the order receipt shows a boarding time of 10:00 AM, you can arrive at the designated port before 10:00 AM to queue for early boarding. This policy only applies to sailings before 10:00 AM and does not apply to sailings after 10:00 AM.

Luggage check-in

Each passenger is allowed self-carrying 1 piece hand carry luggage for free. All luggage exceeding the limitation must be check-in.

• Luggage Check-in counter (West Bridge, 3/F Shun Tak Centre)
• TurboJET Service Centre (Shop 103, 1/F, Shun Tak Centre) (For Premier Grand Class passengers only)

Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal:

• Luggage Services Counter (Room 2618, Level 2)
• TurboJET Premier Lounge (Shop 2535, Level 2) (For Premier Grand Class passengers only)

Luggage Limitation:

Volume, Quantity and weight Limitation

• Hand-carry luggage : 600mm x 200mm x 350mm within 20kgs
• Standard size luggage : 760mm x 560mm x 280mm within 40kgs
• Quantity Acceptance : 3 pieces of standard size luggage

Any luggage exceeding the hand-carry limitation must be handled by our company as check-in luggage.

Luggage exceeding the standard size limitation will be checked as over-size luggage.

Excess luggage may be accepted which will be subjected to the vessel capacity or the luggage actual conditions.

－ Terms and Conditions －

1. This offer is only applicable to independent travelers with valid foreign passports (referred to as "participants" hereafter). Citizens of Greater China, including Hong Kong identity card holders (both permanent and non-permanent residents), Chinese citizens, Macau identity card holders, and Taiwan Region citizens, are not eligible for this promotion.
2. Participants must present valid boarding passes, electronic tickets, or transportation receipts for entry into Hong Kong within the past 7days, along with their foreign passports, to enjoy this offer. Participants who have made online reservations for promotional ferry tickets must present the confirmation email and the aforementioned proof at the ticketing office before departing for Macau to obtain the promotional ferry ticket.
3. This offer is valid for Economy class ferry tickets from Hong Kong/Kowloon to Macau Outer Harbor, from May 1st to December 31st, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
   
4. Each transaction can purchase a maximum of 6 sets of round-trip ferry tickets, with a maximum of 6 complimentary one-way fery tickets from Hong Kong to Macau.
   
5. The promotional ferry tickets are for the registered participants' use only and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for any other commercial purposes.
   
6. Lost, damaged, or expired promotional ferry tickets will be considered void and will not be reissued.
   
7. The participant's information collected during the activity will be submitted to the Macau Government Tourism Office for data compilation, verification, and settlement purposes.
   
8. The Macau Government Tourism Office reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion, revise the terms and conditions, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the termination or changes to this promotion.
   
9. The offer is subject to the "Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage" of TurboJET.
   
10. The Macau Government Tourism Office and TurboJET reserve the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters and disputes related to this promotion.
