Macao Government Tourism Office partners with Cotai Water Jet to launch the special offer of free ferry from Hong Kong to Macao for international visitors* who arrive in Hong Kong.

The free offer of one-way ferry tickets to Macao is available from May 1 until December 31, 2025, to encourage international visitors in Hong Kong to extend their trip to Macao. With their valid travel documents along with boarding passes, electronic tickets or transportation receipts which indicate their arrival to Hong Kong within seven (7) days before their intended trip to Macao, international visitors can book ferry tickets for free.

*The offer is not available for those from mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan.

*Each visitor can only register ONCE per month and no duplicates are allowed. Repeated registrations will be deemed invalid.

You can select a time zone on the order page, but the actual boarding time must be based on the time on the order receipt (time zones are for reference only).

For example, if the order receipt shows a boarding time of 10:00 AM, you can arrive at the designated port before 10:00 AM to queue for early boarding. This policy only applies to sailings before 10:00 AM and does not apply to sailings after 10:00 AM.

－ Terms and Conditions －

1. International visitors holding valid foreign travel documents, who present their boarding passes, flight electronic tickets or receipts for transportation (departure port cannot be Macau) at designated Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter within seven (7) days upon their arrivals to the Hong Kong SAR, are entitled to receive a complimentary Cotai Class one-way ferry ticket from Hong Kong to Macau (“Ticket”).
2. This Offer does not apply to the Passenger who holds either Hong Kong Identify Card, Macau Resident Identity Card, Taiwan travel documents, Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), the People's Republic of China passport, Hong Kong SAR passport, Macau SAR passport or British National (Overseas) visa.
3. Ticket is applicable to the route from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal only.
4. Ticket sailing day must be within seven (7) days from the date of arrival at Hong Kong SAR as printed on the boarding pass, flight electronic ticket or receipts for transportation presented by Passenger.
5. Passengers must present their valid foreign travel document, along with the aforesaid boarding pass, flight electronic ticket or receipts for transportation, for verification when redeeming the Ticket and boarding the ferry. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of this Offer.
6. For verification and statistical purposes, Passengers are required to provide their name, year of birth, place of issue of travel document and country of departure.
7. Each boarding pass/flight electronic ticket/receipt for transportation can only be redeemed a Ticket once and for Passenger's personal use only.
8. All sailings must be completed on or before 31 December 2025.
9. This Offer is subject to seat availability and limited quota on a first come first served basis.
10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts.
11. No change, cancellation or refund is available once Ticket is issued.
12. All Tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void.
13. Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“Company”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
14. By redeeming this Offer, Passengers confirm their agreement with the privacy policy as stated on https://hk.cotaiwaterjet.com/privacy-policy.html (“Privacy Notice”).
15. By redeeming this Offer, Passenger expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her personal data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice, particularly for the purpose of verifying and compiling statistics in collaboration with the Macau Government Tourism Office regarding the effectiveness of this Offer. Passenger authorizes Company to collect all personal data he/she provides the Company during his/her participation in this Offer (including Passenger's name, year of birth, place of issue travel document, country of departure and any data related with his/her participation in this Offer) (hereinafter the “Data”). In addition, Passenger also expressly authorizes the Company to share and disclose, in confidentiality, his/her Data with Las Vegas Sands Corp. (“LVSC”) in the United States of America, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”) in Hong Kong and Marina Bay Sands (“MBS”) in Singapore, any of its affiliates (collectively “Sands”) and with any third party service providers of any Sands' properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to the Company's privacy policy, for the above said purposes and so that Passenger may be provided with more consistent and personalized experiences across Sands' properties. Passenger acknowledges that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where the Company, LVSC, SCL, MBS, affiliates and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections. The Company will comply with the applicable requirements under the Laws of the People's Republic of China and the Macau Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of personal data, and will implement appropriate safeguards. Passenger has the right to view his/her personal data, requests additional information about its storage and processing, requires any necessary amendments, withdraws the consent herein or simply opt-out from receiving materials from the Company. Passenger can cease receiving such communications, or to change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to the Company at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macao or by emailing the Company at 1. privacy@sands.com.mo. Passenger's personal data will be kept during their participation in this Offer and for the abovesaid purposes for the period of time that the concession contract that Venetian Macau Limited is a party to for the operation of casino games of chance in the Macao Special Administrative Region is in force.

17. Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage, Privacy Notice or this Offer at any time without notice.
18. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
19. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
