📌 Essential Information Before Booking

• Reservation Information

Your reservation will be completed only after you receive the final reservation confirmation notification via KakaoTalk from the person in charge.

If your contact information changes locally, please be sure to inform the person in charge.

• Departure Information

The minimum number of participants is 15.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you individually 3 to 4 days prior to the date of use. If it is difficult to change the schedule, we will provide a full refund.

Due to the nature of group tours, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the meeting time. It is difficult to contact or join the group after departure.

• Instructions for Infants

Infants under 24 months old can use it for free.

Infants must be held by a guardian while riding, and car seats are not provided.

Please include the infant's Korean name, English name, and date of birth when making a reservation.

• Vehicle and luggage storage

The suitcase can be stored in the vehicle.

Please make sure to carry your valuables, such as passports, wallets, and mobile phones, with you.

• Schedule Information

The tour will proceed as scheduled even in case of rain.

In Jiufen, public transportation can be used instead of the shuttle bus on weekends, public holidays, and during special periods due to government traffic restrictions, and the one-way fare of NT$15 is the individual's responsibility.

Since we will be moving to Taipei Station after the meeting at Ximen Station, the vehicle arrival time may vary slightly.

• Insurance Information

In accordance with Taiwan's tourism laws, you will be covered by local one-day vehicle and injury insurance.

Please accurately enter your Korean name, English name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, and passport number when making a reservation.

We are not responsible if insurance enrollment is not possible due to omission or incorrect information.

The insurance covers treatment for injuries sustained locally on the day of the tour, and does not cover loss, theft, or damage.

We recommend purchasing individual overseas travel insurance for a safer trip.

• Cancellation and Refund

Lateness or absence on the day will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Cancellation requests will only be processed if received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00 / Closed on weekends and public holidays).
