Despite reaching out to customer service, KKDay refuses to acknowledge their responsibility, reiterating only the voucher's time. However, apps are designed to provide accurate and reliable information at a glance, which is where the issue arose. Their insistence on an "arrive 15 minutes early" policy should not overshadow the importance of consistent scheduling information.
