The sightseeing arrangements were excellent and well thought out. However, I was quite disappointed with the lunch situation. There was no prior information in the itinerary indicating that a specific restaurant had been arranged. It was only verbally mentioned by the tour guide on the day itself, and it seemed that there were no alternative options available. Being required to dine at a designated restaurant without prior notice significantly affected the overall quality of the travel experience.

導遊中文很好，不過似乎不像廣告內容寫的是歷史學家，導覽還ok，也很好聊，不過似乎也可以直接去掃碼登入用手機導覽，或是當地門口每天兩個時段直接去現場排官方導覽

集合定點給的google IP位址位址是錯的，8月16日11:05去龐貝城的巴士，沒有去成～10:45分連絡客服，說要幫我詢問，後來又說要我自己打緊急電話，我打了緊急電話根本無法接通，我在想為什麼你們不能直接幫我打緊急電話了？結果枯等了一個小時。什麼回回應都沒有？其中我打了三次電話給你們，一直叫我等待，結果今天早上8月17號才mail回覆我說,可以根據這個Mail的Google指定地點集合，所以原先的定位地址根本就是錯的～整個處理過程也非常差～也不能退費，讓人無言～並不是第一次參加K Kday行程，讓我以後也不敢再參加了 給我的這個集合地點定位完全是錯的
