Start in Piazza della Repubblica with an introduction to the history of beer, from 19th-century Turin to today's independent breweries. Then cycle through the neighborhoods of Aurora and Barriera di Milano, where former factories and industrial buildings have been transformed into vibrant cultural spaces. Along the way, learn about the city's industrial past and urban regeneration.

Visit an eco-friendly brewery and discover sustainable brewing practices, including recycling systems and zero-waste production.

End your experience at a contemporary craft brewery. Meet the brewers, learn about the brewing process, and enjoy a guided tasting of 3–4 locally produced beers with expert explanations. Complete the experience with a food pairing featuring traditional Turin specialties such as *vitello tonnato* and *grissini*, carefully matched with the beers.

The tour ends at the brewery, giving you the opportunity to relax and continue enjoying your tasting at your own pace.
