-What you can expect- Begin your excursion with pickup from your Beijing downtown hotel and use the travel agency's fast security check pass line to enter Tian'anmen Square. Admire the exterior of the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, the National Museum of China and Tian'anmen Tower. Gain deep insight into the functions of the building and the history of Tian'anmen Square.
Walk further north to the Forbidden City. The entire complex is filled with palaces, gardens, courtyards, and living quarters. Stroll around different courtyards and halls inside the Forbidden City and learn its history. This is a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of the Ming and Qing Dynasty palaces from a professional specialist guide. Feel free to ask questions if you have. You will visit buildings along the middle axis and a few courtyards in the west chamber. Explore the Imperial Garden and listen to your tour guide's commentary about life inside the Forbidden City.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel or anywhere in Beijing city.
