Skip the ticket line and experience one of Washington DC's most iconic landmarks with ease. Includes reserved, timed entry to the Washington Monument Observation Deck plus an exclusive guidebook.

This ticket gives you timed access to the observation deck. From the top you get a 360-degree perspective, providing a complete view of the city with a unique, top-down perspective of the city's major buildings and monuments.

With the help of an exclusive guidebook, take in sweeping skyline views of the nation's capital, including the White House, U.S. Capitol, the National Mall, Lincoln Memorial, Potomac River, the Pentagon, Washington National Cathedral and Arlington Cemetery.

The iconic Washington Monument honours George Washington, the first President of the United States and rises 555 feet above the National Mall. Built from marble, granite, and blue stone, the monument represents the strength and unity of the country and remains one of the most visited and photographed attractions in Washington, DC.

You can choose between two options:


- Timed-entry ticket to the Washington Monument
- Washington Monument ticket with a small-group walking tour led by an expert guide in English

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Timed entry ticket option: please get into the security line for the Monument 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Monument ticket with walking tour option: meet your guide by the Jefferson Pier Stone, located just Nrth-West of the Washington Monument, on the National Mall. After the tour, head back to the Washington Monument and join the security line 30 minutes before the scheduled entry time.(Washington Monument, 2 15th St NW, Washington D.C., DC 20024, USA)

  • Accessibility:The Monument is wheelchair accessible

  • Not allowed:Smoking, vaporisers, e-cigarettes, food and drink (except water in clear bottles), large bags, or weapons

  • Strollers are not permitted inside the Museum. You must leave the stroller in the designated, unattended parking area outside, often near the entrance or along the side of the building

  • Animals, except service animals

  • Know in advance:Most visitors spend no more than 30 minutes inside the Washington Monument itself

  • The Washington Monument requires all guests to go through physical security screening to access the monument. The security line normally takes around 15-30 minutes but can be even longer on major holidays

  • The Washington Monument operates in rain or shine

  • Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

  • The Washington Monument is a self-guided experience. The small-group guided tour is available only if the correct option is selected in the calendar, and the entrance ticket should take place after the walking tour
