Know in advance:The reduced ticket is only available on presentation of a valid ID: school pupils, students up to 30 years of age, trainees over 18 years of age, volunteers and those performing military service, seniors 65+, people with disabilities (50% or more disability rating)

A free audio-guided tour for smartphones is available in German and English. Use your smartphone in the free WLAN, scan the QR code at the ticket office and start the audio tour (no prior download required). Please use headphones

A 2-hour audio-guided tour in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian is available at the ticket office for an extra fee of EUR 3.50

You can access the exhibition on the selected day at any time during opening hours (10am-6pm, last admission 5pm)

The family ticket is valid for 2 adults (age 19+) and 2 children (age 7-18) or 1 adult and 3 children
