Accessibility:All boats and piers are wheelchair and pram accessible, except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers

All guide and assistance dogs, including fetch and carry dogs, mental health companion dogs and seizure-alert dogs are welcome without charge. However, they are not allowed on seats

Not allowed:Hazardous items, objects over 2 metres long and inflammable substances

Know in advance:Please note that the pass is valid for 2 consecutive calendar days, not 48 hours

Boarding is based on a first come first served basis

The ticket is valid for the 3 zones, West, Central and East

Services run from early in the morning until late at night (6am - 11pm depending on the pier) 7 days a week. From key central London piers, boats depart every 10-20 minutes

Children under 5 years old can board for free
