Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?
This activity includes a 4 / 8 / 12-hours car charter in Sapa. You may also customize the route according to your needs (please inform operator in advance your planned itinerary)
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos.
As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes toll fee, parking fee, insurance. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, extract over-time and exceeding kilometer fee…and so on.

- You can choose to join the Morning tour or the Afternoon tour. Please indicate your preferred departure time in the order notes after placing your order.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
- We offer pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in downtown Hanoi. Please specify your hotel name and location when placing your order.
- Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
- To apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Personal Traveler Information" form. If you have a hotel address in the Old Town, please note it when placing your order.
- If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us in the remarks section when ordering.
- You must provide the name of the representative + local Vietnamese phone number (if none) + email + communication software account.
- Once the group is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, please contact us and we will consider a partial refund based on the circumstances.

最少出團人數 2 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 1 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
若遇颱風、暴風雪等天候不佳的情況，將於出發前 1 天（當地時間 18:00 ）決定此團是否取消出發，之後將隨時以電子郵件形式通知。
請務必於 10 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。

Morning Tour: 08:00 – 12:00 (Lunch included at the end)
Afternoon Tour: 12:30 – 16:30 (Lunch included at the beginning)
Sunset & Night Tour: 17:00- 21:00 (Dinner included at the end)
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, please contact us at least one day in advance and we will process a partial refund for you.
It is recommended to bring: sun hat, parasol, sunscreen, sunglasses, cash and other personal items.
