Most Valencia visitors never reach Albufera. You will.
Start in Ruzafa, get on your E-Bike and ride straight out of the city. Within minutes the streets open up into coastline, then forests, then wetlands.
This is a 40 km round ride, but on E-Bikes it feels light and controlled. The pace is steady, with time to stop, look around and enjoy the route.
You ride along the sea, pass through quiet local areas and enter the pine forests of El Saler. The landscape keeps changing - dunes, shade, open views, water. It doesn’t feel like one place, it feels like a sequence.
Albufera is where it all comes together - water, birds, rice fields and open space that most visitors never reach.
Your guide keeps the ride engaging with short, relevant stories - history, nature, local life - just enough to understand where you are.
There’s a stop for a simple local almuerzo (sandwich and drink), plus time to walk, take photos and slow down.
Everything is set up - route, bikes, pace - so you just ride and take it in.
You finish not tired, but with a clear feeling: you went further than most visitors ever do.
Two ways to do this tour:
Classic - 5 hours
The full ride - coastline, pine forest, Albufera, almuerzo stop. Everything described above.
Extended - 7 hours
Everything in the Classic, plus a traditional boat ride on the lagoon and a paella lunch. Rice fields where the rice grows are right outside the window.
This is the home of paella - the real Valencian version.
Alternative dish available on request.
