Please present your voucher (mobile or printed) along with a valid passport or ID card to the driver at the pick-up location.
Kindly be ready at the designated pick-up point (hotel lobby, ferry terminal, or airport arrival hall) at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time. Your driver will be waiting and may hold a name sign for easy identification.
For smooth coordination, please ensure your contact details are reachable on the day of service.
