Experience the art of Vietnamese spring rolls in this interactive 2-hour cooking class. You’ll begin with an introduction to key ingredients such as rice paper, fresh herbs, vermicelli noodles, and various fillings including pork, shrimp, or vegetables.

Under the guidance of a local chef, learn how to properly prepare fillings and master the delicate technique of rolling fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn), ensuring they are tight, balanced, and visually appealing. Then, move on to making crispy fried spring rolls (chả giò), where you’ll wrap and fry them to golden perfection.

You’ll also prepare traditional dipping sauces—such as peanut sauce for fresh rolls and fish sauce-based dip for fried rolls—enhancing the overall flavor experience.

End the class by enjoying your handmade spring rolls, gaining not only cooking skills but also a deeper appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine.
