最少出團人數 20 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 2 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
請務必於 10 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。
Strict Adherence to Pick-up Time (On-time Departure): The pick-up time will be individually notified based on your purchase and the concert schedule.
The return bus departs 50 minutes after the concert ends. Please arrive at the designated time to make sure you are on time for the departure. The concert may end later than scheduled. If you are heading to Incheon Airport, please make sure you book your flight well in advance. We are not responsible for any delays at the airport.
Due to road conditions or heavy traffic around the area, the pick-up or drop-off location may be changed to a nearby spot.

[Luggage] It is difficult to store luggage on the concert shuttle bus. Please make sure to store your luggage in advance and use the service accordingly. BUT When boarding the Incheon Airport-bound (one-way) bus, we provide a service to load 1 piece of luggage under 26 inches per person.
The flight time from Busan to Incheon Airport is estimated to be 6 to 7 hours. Please allow ample time for your flight, as it may take longer depending on traffic conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances.
On the one-way trip between Seoul and Busan, we will take one or two time, 15-20 minute breaks at rest stops along the highway.
