Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause during the performance
The venue doors will be open 45 minutes pre-show for Joan Sutherland Theatre performances
Guests are recommended to wear warm and waterproof clothing. Please note that although umbrellas can be brought to the venue, these cannot be used during the performance out of consideration for other spectators
